OPERATION PERES NOEL AU SOMMET – DECEMBER 2024 RULES OF THE OPERATION

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to all on-site purchases of one or more “standard” tickets offering access to and visits of the Paris Montparnasse Observatory (levels 56 and 59), located at 33 Avenue du Maine – 75015 Paris. The rules of Operation Santa Claus complement and do not replace the internal rules of the Observatoire Paris Montparnasse.

• Access tickets may only be used on the day(s) and at the time(s) specified below.

• Tickets purchased online before the operation do not fall within the scope of the Operation. No refunds will be made for tickets purchased in advance.

• The number of access tickets is subject to the capacity of each session at the time of operations 1) and 2).

1/ Free admission on December 21, 2024 between 12pm & 3pm

All visitors to the Observatoire Paris Montparnasse dressed as Santa or Mother Christmas will be admitted free of charge.

Conditions for obtaining the free ticket:

• Go to the Observatory ticket office on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower on the day and within the time slot of the operation.
• Already be dressed as a Santa or Mother Christmas.
• The outfit must include at least the following 3 items (see visuals below):
  • red jacket with white fur,
  • red pants with white fur or red dress with white fur
  • red pointed hat with white fur

• At the ticket counter, the ticket agent checks that the 3 key elements are being worn before confirming that the ticket is free. In the event of a dispute over dress, the ticket agent reserves the right to consult the Paris Montparnasse Observatory team leader.
• Once the dress code has been checked, the cashier will decide whether or not to waive the visitor’s right to a free ticket. Observatoire Paris Montparnasse undertakes to donate the amount of the free ticket to the Les Petits Princes association.

2/ 50% discount on tickets from December 14 to 25, 2024 inclusive

Any visitor to the Observatoire Paris Montparnasse dressed as Santa or Mother Christmas will receive a discount on the standard ticket required to enter the Observatory.

Conditions for obtaining the reduced-rate ticket:

• Go to the Observatoire ticket office on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower on the day and within the time slot of the operation.
• Already be dressed as a Santa or Mother Christmas.
• The outfit must include at least the following 3 items (see visuals below):
  • red jacket with white fur,
  • red pants with white fur or red dress with white fur
  • red pointed hat with white fur

• At the ticket office, the cashier checks that the 3 key elements are being worn before confirming the 50% promotion on the disguised person’s ticket. In the event of a dispute over dress, the ticket agent reserves the right to consult the Observatoire Paris Montparnasse team leader.
• Once the dress code has been checked, the cashier may or may not waive the reduced-rate ticket for the visit.  
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
