- Collection and processing of reviews published online on digital platforms
The User is hereby informed that Observatoire Paris Montparnasse collects and processes Customer reviews published online on third-party digital platforms, in particular Google or Trip Advisor, and relating to experiences accessing the Observatoire Paris Montparnasse website (hereinafter the “Reviews”).
- Definition of Reviews
Opinions may take the form of evaluations in the form of written messages or ratings (expressed in numbers or stars), in the form of a combination of a rating and a written message, and more generally in any form, including emojis.
